3. Trade Rules & Payments

• Pricing: While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed for items with incorrect pricing.
• Payment: We accept PayPal and Stripe. Your details are encrypted to ensure security. Charges are made at the time the order is placed.
• Colors: We aim to display product colors accurately, but your monitor's display may vary.

4. Shipping, Title & Risk

AHASELECTED ships from various global warehouses. For orders with multiple items, we may split shipments. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims for damage during shipping should be made directly to the carrier or to our support team within 5 days of receipt.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within a designated period. Customers are responsible for return freight charges unless the item is defective or incorrect. 6. Intellectual Property

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product acquired.

9. Legal Disputes & Arbitration

We aim to resolve concerns through good-faith negotiations at ahaselectedgymwear@gmail.com. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes for users in the US/Canada will be settled via binding arbitration. For all other users, these terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
