Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from AHASELECTED! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made our return process as simple as possible.
1. Return Window
- 35-Day Policy: Eligible items may be returned within 35 days of purchase.
- Shipping Deadline: Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days. Returns shipped after this period cannot be accepted.
- Refunds are issued after items are received and pass our quality inspection.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Clothing: New, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags and hygiene stickers intact.
- Shoes & Bags: New, unused, and undamaged, with original boxes and accessories. Shoes must only be tried on clean indoor surfaces.
- Other Products: Must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale items (marked on product pages).
- Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, and cosmetics.
- Pet products, customized items, or any product marked as "non-returnable".
- Free gifts (if the rest of the order is returned, the gift must also be returned or its value will be deducted from your refund).
4. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Items: AHASELECTED will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Other Reasons (Size/Fit/Preference):
- Continental U.S.: A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our return label. You may also use your own carrier at your own expense.
- Non-continental U.S. & International: Customers must arrange return shipping with their own carrier and cover the full cost.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
- PayPal: Typically appears within 1 business day.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe): Typically 3–15 business days, depending on your bank.
